This beautiful collection of quotes, stories
& prayers lifts my spirits every time I read
it. There are chapters on love, prayer,
suffering, death, lonliness and holiness.

Agnes Sandford.
Agnes' autobiography is just as enlightening and
insightful in regard to healing as her book
"The Healing Light" (see my Healing
shelf). This journey through her life takes us to
even greater heights of faith. Highly
recommended.

by Joan Webster Anderson.
A great collection of true-life angel encounters.
I, too, can attest that God's angels are with us
and watching over us. A must read.

Am Always With You: True Stories of Encounters
with Jesus by G. Scott Sparrow.
A wonderful collection of short personal accounts
of many people (not only Christians) who have
been touched by Jesus. I and other friends and
cancer patients have experienced Jesus also. Read
and believe.

From Heaven!: A new field of research, After
Death Communication Confirms That Life and Love
are Eternal by Bill & Judy Guggenheim.
An excellent, detailed study of after death
communications which are spiritual experiences
occurring when someone is contacted spontaneously
and directly by a deceased family member or
friend. I found this book very uplifting,
reassuring and comforting.
Embraced
by the Light by Betty J. Eadie.
Eadie tells us of her remarkable near death
experience in this national bestseller. I found
it full of love and hope as she describes her
journey, mystical visions and realizations.
Today
is Your Day for a Miracle by Benny Hinn.
This is Christian healer's story written to
inspire all of us to claim our healings from the
Lord. Very up-beat.

Seek and Knock and Nothing Happens by Steven
Mosley.
This book answered so many of my questions and
taught me more about how to pray and see God's
signs. Highly recommended.
Where
is God When it Hurts? by Philip Yancey.
This book comforted me in my pain and suffering
by answering questions and making some sense of
it all. Important reading.
Never
Alone by Joseph F. Girzone.
This non-fiction is Girzone's way to God which is
filled with much wisdom and insight into our
loving and forgiving God. For Non-Christians as
well as Christians, I think you will find this
book thought-provoking and uplifting.
When
Bad Things Happen to Good People by Harold S.
Kushner.
Kushner, a Jewish Rabbi, answers the question
"why me?" A wonderful, insightful book
for anyone who is suffering or has had any
trouble in their life.
Tough
Times Never Last, But Tough People Do! by
Robert H. Schuller.
Schuller tells you how to deal with all kinds of
problems; whether it is unemployment, poor health
or loneliness. His uplifting message is that you
can turn a negative into a positive.
